Qualifications
- Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction supervision or related, an unrestricted Massachusetts builders License, and completion of minimum 10 hours of OSHA Training
- Candidates should be team oriented and responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
- Must be a working super with basic carpentry skills
- Must be able to lift anything over 30 lbs
- Must have basic Computer knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, word, excel
- 8 hour shift or more as required per job
- Salary/Compensation would be based on experience

Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain schedule and anticipate any challenges with the team
- Coordinate and schedule all trades required to expedite the project schedule
- Quality Control
- Job site safety, health and environmental quality
- Daily Reports, Manpower reporting and associated logs required to properly document the project
- Communicate with project team in a productive manner
