Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial construction, particularly in leading projects in the $5M - $40M range, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, maintain a strong safety record with knowledge of OSHA regulations, and display reliability as a team player
- Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience on commercial projects ranging from $1M to $40M
- Current MA Construction Supervisors License
- OSHA 30 certification is required
- Thorough knowledge of current building and construction codes
- Strong organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ProCore project management software

Responsibilities
- This role involves on-site supervision and coordination of all operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to assess project requirements
- Establish performance goals and deadlines for project milestones
- Plan and oversee construction processes efficiently
- Manage project costs by monitoring employee hours and tracking changes
- Supervise staff, providing constructive feedback and support
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress
- Organize inspections and secure construction permits from local authorities
- Implement safety and quality assurance guidelines on site
- Order necessary equipment and ensure regular maintenance schedules are followed
- Keep an accurate inventory of material stock and manage orders
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly job site
- Effectively resolve on-site issues and emergencies as they arise
