Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing luxury or high-end residential construction projects
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice management
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • This is a leadership role for an experienced construction professional who can confidently manage high-end residential projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough
  • You’ll oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate trades and vendors, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure every detail meets our quality standards
  • The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, solutions-driven, and highly skilled at managing both people and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead all on-site construction activities for custom homes and renovations
  • Manage projects from groundbreaking through punch list and project completion
  • Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and schedule adherence
  • Develop, maintain, and proactively manage construction schedules
  • Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Monitor project budgets, code invoices, track costs, and support financial accountability
  • Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and inspections at key project milestones
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times
  • Build strong working relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Serve as the primary on-site representative of the company with professionalism and strong communication
