Qualifications
- Proven experience managing luxury or high-end residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice management
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- This is a leadership role for an experienced construction professional who can confidently manage high-end residential projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough
- You’ll oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate trades and vendors, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure every detail meets our quality standards
- The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, solutions-driven, and highly skilled at managing both people and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Lead all on-site construction activities for custom homes and renovations
- Manage projects from groundbreaking through punch list and project completion
- Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and schedule adherence
- Develop, maintain, and proactively manage construction schedules
- Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to keep projects moving efficiently
- Monitor project budgets, code invoices, track costs, and support financial accountability
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and inspections at key project milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times
- Build strong working relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Serve as the primary on-site representative of the company with professionalism and strong communication
