Qualifications

•10+ years of construction experience

•5+ years experience in high-end custom multifamily construction

•Proficiency in forecasting project costs and monitoring project progress

•Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint interpretation

•Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines

•Solution-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities

•Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, project management software, and coordination tools

•Extensive knowledge of construction tools, machinery, methods, and procedures

•Strong mathematical skills, including basic algebra and geometry

•Excellent leadership and communication abilities

•Must hold an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License (CSL) in Massachusetts with a clean record

•Massachusetts: Relocate before starting work (Required)

 

Responsibilities

•The Superintendent will oversee the construction and successful completion of our construction projects

•The role demands a proactive individual who can manage jobsite activities efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

•This position involves extensive coordination with various stakeholders and a deep understanding of construction processes, especially in high-end multifamily and mixed-use construction

•Direct oversight of all trades and field personnel to ensure project success

•Communicate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to address and resolve field issues

•Ensure timely ordering of materials and scheduling of inspections

•Daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and work sequencing

•Uphold and enforce compliance of codes and safety standards of all subcontractors

•Maintain professional relationships with inspectors, customers, and suppliers

•Procurement of contractor and material bids and proposals
