Qualifications
•Candidate should have a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and OSHA 10 card, with OSHA 30 being preferable
•Candidate should be willing to travel throughout the Massachusetts and Greater New England region
•Candidate should also be comfortable managing multiple small and mid-size projects as well as larger projects
•11+ years
•High school or equivalent (Required)
•Construction Experience: 10 years (Required)
•English (Required)
•OSHA 10 (Required)
•Construction Supervisor License (Required)
Responsibilities
•Responsibilities will include managing on-site personnel of the company as well as multiple subcontractors
•In addition to on-site management responsibilities, the supervisor will work together with the project manager to develop a schedule and manage material orders
•The ideal candidate is a construction supervisor with experience in managing commercial construction projects, but general experience in managing construction projects will also be considered
Benefits
•Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
