Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction is required, with at least 3 years in a primary supervisory role
- Must possess and maintain a valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- Possession of a USDOT Health Card and valid driver's license is mandatory

Responsibilities
- As the primary on-site authority, you will bridge the gap between blueprints and reality, managing crews and operations to ensure every project is a benchmark for safety, efficiency, and craft
- On-Site Leadership and Coordination
- Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring all field execution aligns strictly with blueprints, project specifications, and the master schedule
- Direct and synchronize subcontractor workflows to maximize productivity, ensuring strict adherence to site-specific safety protocols and milestone dates
- Build and maintain professional partnerships with municipal officials, inspectors, and Owner's representatives to facilitate seamless project approvals and inspections
- Proactively identify plan discrepancies or potential bottlenecks; develop and implement field solutions to maintain momentum without compromising design intent
- Project Execution and Quality Control
- Manage subcontractor workmanship and adherence to contract documents to minimize non-conforming work and streamline the final punch list process
- Monitor materials and inventory, ensuring supplies are ordered and delivered ahead of schedule to prevent downtime
- Maintain and update three-week look-ahead schedules to identify critical path variances, ensuring all trades meet production targets and project milestones
- Validate daily field reports and resource allocations to minimize waste, prevent scope creep, and ensure the project remains within the established labor and material budgets
- Lead the strict enforcement of all OSHA and site-specific protocols to ensure a zero-incident workplace
- Proactively identify, document, and mitigate risks to ensure a continuous, hazard-free environment and seamless operational flow
- Oversee mandatory safety training and ensure all critical documentation is audit-ready and executed flawlessly
- Mandate and verify the consistent use of all required safety gear (PPE) across the team and site
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary
- This position frequently works outdoors in various weather conditions
- Monday through Friday work schedule; on rare occasions, weekend work may be required to meet critical milestones
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs
