Qualifications
- We're looking for an experienced Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality work, and enjoys leading teams to successful project completion
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- 15+ years of construction experience, including at least 8 years supervising multifamily residential projects (50+ units)
- Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, field operations, and project execution
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Comfortable using mobile technology for field management

Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 - $150,000
- Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll oversee all field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintain project schedules, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, field personnel, and daily job site operations
- Drive project schedules, coordinate inspections, and proactively resolve field issues
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site while enforcing OSHA standards
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and trade sequencing to keep projects moving
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure quality construction and contract compliance
- Partner with the project team on RFIs, bid packages, project documentation, commissioning, and closeout
- Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors
