Qualifications
•Previous experience as a construction superintendent (5 years experience in the position)
•Preferably experience multifamily woodframe construction
•Have worked on 20-300 unit projects
•Preferably hold a CSL
•Preferably have your OSHA 30
Responsibilities
•Ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time
•Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to define project needs
•Oversee staff performance and provide support for the more junior members of the team, in their learning and development
•Plan construction process
•Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
•Ensure all on the construction site are following the safety guidelines
