Qualifications
•Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or a similar role
•Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
•Excellent leadership and communication skills
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications
•Proficiency in project management software and tools
•Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
•Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•Massachusetts CSL unrestricted
Responsibilities
•As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
•Your tasks will include managing and supervising construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget
•You will also collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
