Qualifications
- MUST have 3 years experience as a Construction Manager
- MUST have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- MUST have a Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- MUST be able to speak, read, and write English
- Construction Supervisor License (Required)
Benefits
- Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
- The Construction Manager receives a base salary of $80,000 to $85,000 per year, plus $30,000 to $50,000 in commissions based on the percentage of profit they have achieved on each completed job

Responsibilities
- The Construction Manager is responsible for writing the construction estimates, communicating with the customers, and scheduling and managing subcontractors to complete the work
- This position is essentially the same as a GC (General Contractor), but with guaranteed construction jobs handed to you, and an office staff to assist with paperwork and collect payment from the insurance companies
