Qualifications

  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for precise electrical work
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics accurately for installation projects
  • Knowledge of NEC standards, low voltage wiring practices, and high voltage safety protocols
  • Construction site experience with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
  • Familiarity with frame carpentry as it relates to electrical installations within building structures
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently
  • Electrical License (Required)

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across a variety of commercial and industrial projects
  • Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards, local codes, and industry best practices

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in commercial and industrial settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical installations
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete electrical tasks on construction sites
  • Conduct testing of electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and multimeters to ensure proper functionality
  • Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and local regulations to guarantee safe and compliant installations
  • Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with construction teams including frame carpenters and other trades to coordinate project timelines and requirements
