Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year operating heavy equipment
- Must be 18 years or older
- 4G Hydraulics license required
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs
- and handle physical, hands-on work

- Pay rate: $25+/hourly (prevailing wage rates apply)
Responsibilities
- This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to keeping America’s infrastructure safe and maintained
- This role involves operating a variety of CDL-required vehicles and equipment—including street sweepers, tanker flush trucks, and other specialized machinery—to support daily field operations
- Safely operate a range of CDL-classified vehicles and equipment, including emulsion injection trucks, dump trucks, bucket trucks, and more
- Set up and maintain proper traffic control measures and safety zones
- Load, unload, and operate pothole repair trucks and related equipment
- Perform tree trimming, brush removal, and hauling tasks
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections on all assigned vehicles
- Operate pressure washers, sweepers, and aerial lift trucks
- Safely use all tools and equipment in accordance with company and industry standards
- Drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles as required
- Assist with additional duties to support the crew and ensure project success
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and emergency response situations
