Qualifications
- Strong experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
- OSHA-30 certification required or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple concurrent projects
- Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts and the Greater New England region
- Commercial construction: 10 years (Required)

Responsibilities
- Homer Contracting is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to support and oversee field operations for multiple commercial construction projects throughout Massachusetts and the Greater New England region
- This role will involve direct management of assigned construction projects while also providing oversight, coordination, and support across additional projects and site superintendents as needed
- The position is ideal for a highly experienced superintendent looking to take on a broader leadership role across multiple active projects
- Managing assigned commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion
- Overseeing and supporting site superintendents and field personnel across multiple projects
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining productive jobsite operations
- Assisting with project scheduling, sequencing, and overall construction logistics
- Reviewing RFIs, submittals, and material procurement as needed
- Conducting site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Leading project meetings and maintaining communication with owners, architects, and project teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures across all projects
- Assisting with planning and coordination of upcoming projects and field staffing
- Supervising multiple concurrent projects and coordinating multiple subcontractor trades
