Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Class C license
- Valid Hoisting Engineer’s license with a minimum 2A designation
- Ability to obtain 1C and 4G licenses within one year of hire
- Willingness to complete OSHA HAZWOPER training within one year of hire
- Commitment to safety practices and teamwork
- Availability to work on Saturdays
- Willingness to perform occasional physical labor
- Hoisting Engineer’s license with a minimum 2A designation (Required)

Responsibilities
- As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will work both independently and as part of a small, supportive crew (3–4 operators) in an outdoor setting
- You will operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment to ensure the landfill operates safely and efficiently
