Qualifications

  • Full-Time | $30 - $50/hr | Worcester/Framingham Area | Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License and 1C License required
  • Experience in construction, excavation, site work, or related trades
  • Ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to handle physical labor in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to Worcester-area job sites
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stay active throughout the workday
  • Knowledge of common jobsite practices
  • Required License
  • Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License and 1C License required

  • The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • You’ll support a variety of site work tasks—excavation, grading, trenching, drainage installation, and utility work—while operating excavators, skid steers, loaders, compactors, and other equipment as needed
  • Assist with site work including excavation, grading, trenching, drainage installation, and utility preparation
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and compactors
  • Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, raking, pipe laying, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Complete daily equipment checks, greasing, and basic upkeep
  • Maintain an organized, efficient work area and support crew workflow
  • Take direction well and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall jobsite productivity
  • This is an active outdoor job involving excavation and utility projects on public and prevailing wage sites
