Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- RI hydraulics license
- 5+ years’ experience operating excavators, loaders and related equipment including excavating near underground utilities and structures
- Knowledge and experience with proper operation and preventative maintenance of heavy equipment
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Reliable Transportation
- Be able to read, write and speak English
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week including weekends as needed on occasion
- Ability to occasionally stay out of Town when required (Per Diem provided)
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 hr Safety Training
- Ability to obtain OSHA 40 hr HAZWOPER Training
- Heavy equipment operation: 5 years (Required)
