Qualifications
•Experience running loaders, excavators and other machinery
•2 years' experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment
•Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong planning skills
•Ability to work flexible schedule as required; including weekends
Responsibilities
•The Candidate will be responsible to maintain the Material Yard and Travel Ways
•Grading the roadways and removing materials from the crushing plant to their respective stockpiles
•Load all customer vehicles to MA DOT standards regulation
•Maintain clear communication with all drivers, scale house and fellow employees
•Maintain efficient production and customer service
•Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials onto trucks and into stockpiles
•Perform assignments outlined by the Foreman and standard procedures are followed in the performance of duties; work is inspected periodically for safety and efficiency
•Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning
•Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers
•Working knowledge and understanding of MSHA regulations and possess a strong personal commitment to safety
•Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment
•Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
•Other duties as assigned
