Qualifications
•Be an experienced operator with a valid hoisting license
•Be capable of a high level of production while remaining safety and quality oriented
•Have experience in the above types of site excavation work or comparable experience (agricultural, etc.)
•Be able to read construction drawings
•Be able to set grade given a benchmark and rotary laser
•A strong passion for learning and productivity may allow for hiring of a candidate that is lacking the above supplementary skills
•Be reliable and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
•Having a CDL (Class A or B) is a bonus but is not required
•Construction Experience: 3 years (Required)
•Hoisting License (Required)
•Driver's License (Required)

•Screening and Crushing Operations
•Our fleet includes but is not limited to mini to 30 ton excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skidsteers, screening/crushing plant components and compactor/vibratory rollers
