Qualifications
- Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Possess a current, valid Class A commercial driver’s license
- Possess current, valid MA Class 1 Hoisting, Class 2 Excavating and Class 4B Specialty Drill Rig certifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in construction or drilling industry
- Knowledge of safety policies, regulations, and a demonstrated record of excellent safety habits
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background screening and drug test
- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Required)
- CDL A (Required)

Responsibilities
- The role will require being part of a two/three-person crew responsible for performing duties using conventional drilling
- Drilling may include auger drilling, mud rotary drilling, air rotary, hammering and other coring techniques
- The right candidate will provide input as to how to best perform drilling tasks
- Also, report required maintenance to supervisor and perform maintenance tasks as required
- All work shall adhere to the highest safety standards
- Possess knowledge of drilling operations
- Be proficient with drilling equipment and knowing its capabilities and limitations
- Have experience with drill set up and take down
- Be able to demonstrate job skills, procedures, and techniques to crew members
- Safely operates drill rigs and other heavy equipment on jobsites
- Ability to restore and landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite
- Ability to load materials
- Ability to clean vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
