Qualifications
•Proficiency in working with various types of power tools and hand tools commonly used in the electrical trade
•Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and industrial applications
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
•Experience with logic controllers and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to their operation
•Familiarity with renovating existing electrical systems, including retrofitting older buildings for modern electrical needs
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when diagnosing electrical issues
•Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
•Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and other tradespeople
•No travel
•Mass journeyman electrician license and drivers license (Required)
Responsibilities
•Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
•Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions
•Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment
•Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure effective coordination of electrical work within larger construction or renovation projects
•Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas in need of repair or replacement
•Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
