Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a confident and outgoing personality, is self-motivated, organized, resilient and resourceful
- Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Proficient in residential electrical services and building codes
- 5+ years’ electrical experience
- Ability to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday with occasional optional overtime
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time during the regular work day; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects; lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds; climb up and down ladders, work at high heights, scaffolds and other climbing devices; carry tools and equipment; work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions; be able to see naturally or with correction, to safely perform designated tasks
- Willing to perform assigned tasks under all types of environmental and weather
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction/oversight
- Ability to multitask deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Able to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional optional overtime

Responsibilities

- Primary responsibilities will be to connect electrical power to HVAC replacement and new installation jobs
- Thermostat wiring
- Install, repair and maintain electrical systems and components for residential and light commercial applications
- Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout of electrical and materials
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet code requirements
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Prepare materials for projects
- Install electrical service and panels with a helper/Team
