Qualifications
- Valid license as a Journeyman Plumber with proven experience in Residential construction plumbing & heating projects
- Hand tools
- Valid driver's license
- References
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, schematics, and mechanical principles
- Hands-on experience with pipe threading
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with field service experience to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- English (Required)
- Journeyman License (Required)

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various Residential properties
- Your expertise will help ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures in residential homes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues, perform repairs, or upgrades as needed
- All plumbing work to be completed within project timelines and safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system assembly on sites
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and compliance with building codes and safety standards
