Qualifications

  • Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to excellence
  • Safe installation and testing of gas lines and systems
  • Ability to Commute:

  • Worcester, MA 01501: Relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • You'll supervise a crew of plumbers and apprentices, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, safety protocols, and project standards

  • Supervise plumbing crews on job sites, including daily task assignments
  • Interpret blueprints and job specs to guide installations
  • Ensure plumbing systems meet all code and safety standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  • Order materials and manage job site inventory
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of hours, materials, and progress
  • Perform hands-on plumbing tasks when needed
  • New installations, service, and preventative maintenance for offices, restaurants, hospitals, and more
  • Participate in prevailing wage and public works projects
  • You’ll work on meaningful, diverse projects while helping train the next generation of plumbing professionals
