Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations in Massachusetts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel statewide (mileage reimbursed)
- Must live in the state of Massachusetts

Responsibilities
- The CSL Roofing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects in Massachusetts, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- This role involves managing crews, coordinating with clients, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations
- The position is primarily field-based with periodic home-office work for documentation and coordination-- in the state of Massachusetts
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Monitor safety practices and address deficiencies promptly
- Coordinate with clients to schedule work, address concerns and provide project updates
- Order and manage inventory of roofing materials
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry regulations in Massachusetts
- Coordinate directly with local AHJ, assist in pulling permits, gathering site details, posting permits, and ensuring timely close-out
- You must be authorized to pull and close permits in Massachusetts
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, escalating issues or delays to the Roofing Division Manager
- This position primarily involves working outdoors on various roofing sites in Massachusetts, exposed to different weather conditions
- Occasional office work may be required for administrative tasks
- Typical work hours align with project schedules and may require occasional early mornings or evenings to meet inspection timelines
