Qualifications

- The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and capable of managing both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the job
- Master Plumber License (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of advanced plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Experience with water heaters, boilers, full system installations, and remodel work
- Ability to read and interpret plans and manage projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional presence with clients
- Valid driver’s license
- Plumbing License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced plumbing work including diagnostics, system installations, repiping, and complex troubleshooting
- Communicate directly with homeowners, builders, and project managers in a clear and professional manner
- Provide solutions, prepare scopes, and assist in closing high-value jobs
- Lead projects from planning through execution and final inspection
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Review blueprints, system layouts, and project specifications
- Support and guide journeymen and apprentices in the field
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently on-site
- Maintain proper documentation including work orders and reports
