Qualifications
- We are looking for a motivated Construction Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience to support the successful execution of residential and commercial construction projects
- This role is ideal for someone who is looking to further develop their skills with mentorship from senior leadership while gaining exposure to managing projects from start to finish
- 3+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related role
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
- Must hold or be working toward a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites across Massachusetts and New Hampshire

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites
- Support the development and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
- Work closely with senior Construction Managers to gain hands-on experience and guidance on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work
- Participate in site visits, walkthroughs, and inspections alongside senior staff
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and updates for management and clients
- Review bids, invoices, and change orders with guidance from senior team members
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Collaborate with senior Construction Managers to identify and resolve project issues
- Contribute to project close-out processes, including punch lists and inspections
