Qualifications
•A willingness to improve and learn every day
•Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License or ability to obtain
•OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain
•Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications and ability to lay out and direct all work from plans and specifications
•Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
•Key competencies including leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, managing for results, and coaching and mentoring
•Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time, and carry out strenuous physical tasks
Responsibilities
•Overall field management- administration and personnel
•Work for the good of our clients, our company and its people, and our trade partners
•Comply with all company policies and regulations
•Develop and maintain project schedule
•Schedule and coordinate work to be self-performed as well as performed by Trade Partners
•Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
