Qualifications

  • Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber and/or Master Plumber License
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid MA driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull in excess of 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving/ trouble shooting and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual
  • Hard-working and motivated
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Certifications and Licenses

Responsibilities

  • You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of plumbing systems in residential settings
  • As a key member of our company, you will make a direct impact on our customers' lives by providing top-notch plumbing solutions
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential properties, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions
  • Install and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with code and regulation
  • Efficient assessment/troubleshooting, planning, and execution of plumbing jobs
  • Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of their plumbing systems to prevent future issues
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal amount of supervision
  • Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance, and clean work area
  • Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
  • Attend company meetings as necessary
  • Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
