Qualifications
- Currently looking for operators in the Boston Massachusetts area that have a Massachusetts 2A 2B Hoisting license
- Experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers and front end loaders
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours
- Massachusetts 2A 2B Hoisting License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Be prepared for a dynamic work environment, as operators must be available for all winter snow events, which may require extended hours based on severity
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, for snow removal at assigned commercial sites according to the specified site maps
- Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing
- Arrive on-time and ready to work
- Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity of snow events
