Qualifications
- Experience with multifamily projects start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
- Ability to lead project teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly and efficiently
- Must have MA CSL

Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations from site mobilization through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
- Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures
- Conduct site meetings and communicate progress to clients
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Work closely with Project Managers and Assistant Superintendents to maintain project success
- Proactively identify and resolve field challenges
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
